Best online scratch card for RTP specifically. I know Bonus Bears from Playtech is around 96%, which is unusually high for the category. Are there others with similar or better RTPs that are available at mainstream UK casinos? Looking for genuine recommendations based on experience.

Online scratch cards at around 95% RTP are worse value than most good slots which run at 96% to 99%. The appeal is the instant result and simplicity — no bonus rounds to wait for, no volatility to manage. If you enjoy the format play with that in mind rather than as a value play.

UKGC licensed casinos are required to publish the RTP for all games. The scratch card RTPs at Ladbrokes Casino will be listed in the game info or on the casino transparency page. Around 95% is standard for the category. Bonus Bears at 96% from Playtech is genuinely above average.

National Lottery instant win games have published prize structures that let you calculate exact RTPs — they vary from around 60% to 74% which is dramatically worse than online casino scratch cards. From a pure value perspective online casino scratch cards are significantly better than National Lottery instants.

The maximum win on scratch cards is typically much lower than equivalent stake slots. A 1 pound scratch card might have a 10000 pound jackpot. A 1 pound spin on Money Train 2 at high volatility theoretically can pay hundreds of thousands. For big win potential, slots win by a wide margin.
