Has anyone had a proper withdrawal from bet365 Casino recently? Deposited 100 quid, played through the wagering at 20x, and now the withdrawal has been sat pending for 28 hours. Is this normal for a first cashout or should I be getting on at customer support already? All my documents are verified.

Had a rough experience with their live chat — waited 45 minutes for a simple bonus query. Game selection is fine and withdrawals have been okay but customer service lets them down.
