Posting this as a warning for other UK players. Been waiting 5 days for a withdrawal from Unibet Casino. I completed full KYC months ago and every time I contact support they just say it is under review. At what point do I escalate to the UKGC? I have every chat transcript saved.

The UKGC takes withdrawal delays very seriously since the 2023 rule changes. If Unibet Casino are a UKGC licensee go to their complaints page, follow the formal process, and escalate to IBAS or eCOGRA after 8 weeks.

I had a straightforward KYC experience with Unibet Casino personally — sorted within 24 hours. Could be they have flagged your account for manual review for some reason. Request a specific explanation in writing of why the withdrawal is being held.

This is exactly why I always test a new casino with a small withdrawal before depositing a large amount. Get the KYC done early and verify the process works before committing serious money.

If the casino is UKGC licensed they cannot hold withdrawals indefinitely. The UKGC requires prompt processing. If you are getting nowhere, file a formal complaint with the UKGC directly — casinos respond quickly when the regulator is involved.
