Posting this as a warning for other UK players. Been waiting 5 days for a withdrawal from PlayOJO. I completed full KYC months ago and every time I contact support they just say it is under review. At what point do I escalate to the UKGC? I have every chat transcript saved.

First withdrawal delays are unfortunately very common even at reputable UKGC sites. Most will ask for full KYC documentation on your first cashout. Under 2000 pounds it should clear within 48 hours once docs are approved.

The key is getting everything in writing via email rather than just live chat. If it escalates to a formal complaint the written paper trail is everything. Screenshot every chat conversation as well just in case.

For bonus disputes, check whether their terms include a general clause about unusual wagering patterns or activity inconsistent with bonus play. Most UK casinos include this as a catch-all. IBAS adjudicators are good at cutting through vague terms.

The UKGC takes withdrawal delays very seriously since the 2023 rule changes. If PlayOJO are a UKGC licensee go to their complaints page, follow the formal process, and escalate to IBAS or eCOGRA after 8 weeks.
