Need advice on a Paddy Power Casino dispute. They have voided my bonus winnings citing unusual betting patterns. I was playing entirely within their stated terms — I have the screenshots. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation and managed to get it resolved? Thinking about going to IBAS.

The UKGC takes withdrawal delays very seriously since the 2023 rule changes. If Paddy Power Casino are a UKGC licensee go to their complaints page, follow the formal process, and escalate to IBAS or eCOGRA after 8 weeks.

This is exactly why I always test a new casino with a small withdrawal before depositing a large amount. Get the KYC done early and verify the process works before committing serious money.

If the casino is UKGC licensed they cannot hold withdrawals indefinitely. The UKGC requires prompt processing. If you are getting nowhere, file a formal complaint with the UKGC directly — casinos respond quickly when the regulator is involved.
