Posting this as a warning for other UK players. Been waiting 5 days for a withdrawal from bet365 Casino. I completed full KYC months ago and every time I contact support they just say it is under review. At what point do I escalate to the UKGC? I have every chat transcript saved.

For bonus disputes, check whether their terms include a general clause about unusual wagering patterns or activity inconsistent with bonus play. Most UK casinos include this as a catch-all. IBAS adjudicators are good at cutting through vague terms.

The UKGC takes withdrawal delays very seriously since the 2023 rule changes. If bet365 Casino are a UKGC licensee go to their complaints page, follow the formal process, and escalate to IBAS or eCOGRA after 8 weeks.

I had a straightforward KYC experience with bet365 Casino personally — sorted within 24 hours. Could be they have flagged your account for manual review for some reason. Request a specific explanation in writing of why the withdrawal is being held.
